1. Acceptance of terms

By registering, signing in, or using LOGTRADE in any way, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms along with the Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the service.

2. What this service is

LOGTRADE is a trading record-keeping and analysis tool. You record the trades you have already taken, and the application helps you see the patterns inside them: performance by setup, by pair, by session, by day, by hour.

It also includes a rule checklist, psychology tracking, and backtest replay over historical data.

3. This is not financial advice

LOGTRADE is a record-keeping and analysis tool. It is not a signal provider, not financial advice, not an investment manager, and not a guarantee of results.

We are not affiliated with any broker, not affiliated with MetaQuotes, and not registered or licensed as an investment adviser in any jurisdiction, including as a licensed adviser under Indonesia's OJK.

Trading forex, gold, indices, crypto, and other leveraged products carries a substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Do not use money you are not prepared to lose.

Every trading decision you make is your own, including decisions made after looking at the numbers in this application.

4. Your account

An account is for one person. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens on your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, and the details you provide at registration must be accurate.

Do not share your account with anyone, and tell us at arisyudapratama1@gmail.com immediately if you suspect someone else has access to it.

5. Plans and quotas

There are three plans: Free, Pro, and Ultra. Each has its own limits on the number of trading accounts, trades per month, screenshots per trade, backtest sessions, and the length of history displayed, as well as which features are unlocked: price sync, full analytics, evaluation, and MT5 report import.

Current details and prices always live on the Pricing page. The figures are not copied into this document so that two different versions cannot exist.

The Free plan lasts forever and needs no credit card. There is no time-limited trial, because the Free plan is not a trial.

We may change quota limits and prices. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

6. Payment

Subscriptions are prepaid: you pay for one period up front, and your account's validity is extended by that period.

There is no automatic billing. We do not store your card and do not charge you again when the period ends. If you do not renew, your account simply drops back to the Free plan, and you will never be charged without noticing.

Renewing the same plan before your current period ends does not forfeit your remaining days. The remainder is added to the new period.

Upgrading to a higher plan does not forfeit your remaining days either, but they do not carry over one for one: the time you have left is recalculated into the number of days of equal value on the new plan, then added to the period you buy. The estimate is shown on the Billing page before you pay.

Available methods: manual bank transfer and automated rupiah payments through Midtrans, plus international cards through Stripe.

For manual transfers, the invoice amount carries a unique three-digit code so your payment can be matched. Pay exactly the amount shown. An unpaid manual invoice is valid for 24 hours; after that it lapses and you can create a new one. Only one open manual invoice is allowed at a time.

Manual transfers are verified by an administrator and are usually not instant. Midtrans and Stripe payments activate automatically once the provider confirms them.

7. No refunds

Payments are prepaid and non-refundable, in whole or in part, including if you stop using the service partway through a period.

Because there is no automatic billing, you never pay for a period you did not choose yourself. The Free plan exists so you can try the product first without paying anything.

The only exceptions are demonstrable errors: overpayment, duplicate charges, or a technical failure on our side. Tell us at arisyudapratama1@gmail.com and we will put it right.

Dropping to the Free plan does not delete your data. Only the feature limits change.

8. Your content stays yours

Everything you put in (trade records, screenshots, psychology notes, setups, and backtest sessions) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over it.

You grant us a limited permission to store, process, and display it back to you, solely in order to run this service. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are responsible for what you upload, and you warrant that your uploads infringe no one else's rights and break no applicable law.

9. What you must not do

While using this service, you agree not to:

• Work around plan quota limits by any means, including creating multiple accounts for that purpose.
• Access anything that is not yours, including other users' data and administrator endpoints.
• Use the API unreasonably, overload the system, or scrape it automatically.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or copy parts of the service to build a competing product.
• Upload content that is unlawful, contains malware, or includes another person's personal data without the right to do so.
• Resell your account or hand access to it to someone else.

10. Data accuracy

Auto-fill reads screenshots using text recognition, and text recognition can misread. That is why every field remains editable before you save. Verifying the numbers before saving is your responsibility.

MT5 history import takes its numbers from your broker's report. The report only holds the final SL and TP, so if a level was moved or never set, the trade's original plan cannot be known and you need to fill it in yourself. Trade times are calculated from the broker server timezone you pick during import, and pips from the settings of the pair you match to each symbol, so a wrong choice makes those numbers wrong. Checking the import results is your responsibility.

Market prices for price sync come from a third-party data provider and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Those figures are not your broker's official quotes.

Statistics and analytics are computed from the data you entered yourself. Wrong data in produces wrong conclusions out, and the application cannot tell the difference.

11. Backtesting is a simulation

The backtest feature runs simulated trades over historical data. It does not account for real slippage, liquidity depth, requotes, spreads widening on news, or your broker's execution conditions.

Backtest results are not an indication of real results, and past performance is no guarantee of future performance.

12. Service availability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of bugs.

There will be times when it is unreachable, because of maintenance, because of our own mistakes, or because of an outage at one of the third parties we rely on for hosting, database, image storage, price data, and payments.

We may change, add, or discontinue features. If a paid feature is permanently discontinued, we will tell you by email beforehand.

Keep your own copy of your data if that data matters to you.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly one that abuses the system or harms other users. Where possible we will explain why first.

You may stop at any time by ceasing to use the service, or by requesting account deletion by email. Stopping partway through a paid period does not create a refund.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for your trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or other indirect losses arising from use of this service.

Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event in question.

These limits do not remove liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page marks the latest version, and we will notify you by email about changes with significant impact.

Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

If a dispute arises, contact us first so it can be settled by discussion. If no agreement is reached within a reasonable time, the dispute will be resolved through the competent courts in Indonesia.
